    After obtaining Govt. land of 3 acres by Leo Aranha (elder son of Madthu bai) for serving in WW 11, Madthu bai abandoned rented land at Edmoor Hittlu and started developing elder son's plot. This plot was known as Kalpande on Kappandakariya Road. A tiled house was built by Madthu bai for her son Leo which was later named as 'Martha Villa'. Her other 2 sons Seemu & ligoury too lived in this house off & on for short while. After Leo's death june in 2006 this 'Martha Villa' remains vacant. It's more or less for sale with the whole plot with plenty of water for 365 days and number of coconut, mango trees etc. Minimum expectation is 60 lakhs. Any takers??
